Creative Heart
About This Spot
Stepping into Creative Heart feels like entering a warm embrace nestled right on Littlehampton’s Beach Road. The pace here gently settles from the outside world, inviting you into a space where friendly faces and quiet conversations create a comforting hum of community life. It’s the kind of spot where time seems to stretch, measured less by minutes and more by shared stories and the simple joy of being present.
This cozy coffee shop effortlessly blends the familiar with the unexpected. Alongside carefully crafted drinks—from smooth flat whites to comforting hot chocolates—you might find yourself drawn into an impromptu guitar melody or gathering around a board game with neighbors on a Thursday evening. The atmosphere feels thoughtfully unhurried, where creativity and connection flourish as naturally as the rich aromas that fill the air.
More than just a place for a caffeine fix, Creative Heart weaves community into its very fabric. The presence of volunteers and local artisans adds layers of warmth and authenticity, making every visit feel like stepping into a shared living room rather than a public café. Whether you’re unwinding with a hearty, lovingly prepared meal or lingering over a slice of gluten-free cake, the setting encourages gentle conversations and new friendships to blossom.
Artistic touches and craft activities quietly beckon those looking to explore their creative side, complementing the relaxed vibe without overwhelming it. It’s a haven for anyone seeking a genuine connection—be it through a shared game, a soothing melody, or simply the kind smiles that greet you at the door.
Creative Heart isn’t just a coffee shop. It’s a quietly spirited gathering spot that celebrates community, creativity, and the small human moments that make a neighborhood feel like home.

I was only here for a brief moment but the atmosphere was absolutely amazing. It was so friendly. Everyone seemed so kind and the sandwiches I got were delicious. They were so scrumptious. Absolutely sublime. I would say my favourite part of the experience was when one of the customers next to us picked up the guitar and started playing a beautiful song. One of my favourite parts about this place is that everything seems to be handmade and the sense of community is abundant. It really feels like a tight knit family being there.

Great community art hub and cafe. Lovely staff and really nice food. Good selection of cakes with gluten free option as well. Prices are very reasonable. I love to sit in for relax and chat with others, make new friends. They have art and craft classes as well.

Amazing Community Hub. The staff are volunteers. They are all very chatty and friendly. There's lots of activities going on for all ages. The food is cheap, good quality and very nice. Creative Heart is suitable for all ages from 0-100+ I went with my Mum and my Aunt. We got chatting to a few other customers. Its a great place to meet new friends too, everyone is welcome. I would highly recommend a visit, even if its just for a mooch around

Nice local community cafe, laid back and relaxed which is always great for chatting... They do nice cake, their food is okay, but is definitely the weak link, if there is one. Plus, it's actually one of the best espressos in the area. Really good coffee and inexpensive.
